From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a plethora of parking spaces available. the boss kindly provided us with all the necessary details, including the delightful full English breakfast available between 7.30 and 9.00. the room itself was cozy, equipped with a flat-screen TV, well-maintained bathroom, and a lovely view outside. We had the pleasure of dining at the nearby Pheasant And Pheasantress, situated just a mile away from the hotel entrance. the staff were incredibly friendly and the food quality exceeded our expectations. In the morning, we indulged in a delicious full cooked breakfast along with a choice of cereals and toast. the location of the hotel proved to be ideal for exploring Beamish Museum, Newcastle, Gateshead, and the picturesque Gibside National Trust Property. Overall, our stay at the Ball Alley was exceptional, with ample parking, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations. the proximity to various attractions and dining options made it a perfect choice for our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the area.
